Happy Saturday!

Before anyone "notices" you, YOU must first notice yourself. Feeling and looking good matters.  It changes your entire self image.  Take a moment to think about what you like most about yourself.  Maybe it is your smile, your hair or eyes, your arms, your knowledge, or your passion about something....  Give yourself a compliment it will make you feel good and most importantly confident.  Don't think about what you want to change, embrace what you have.  Once you start to feel more confident you will be able to work on changing other things.  Trust me, no matter what shape or size we are, we all have awesome characteristics.  Try smiling when you are not feeling well or having a stressful day.  I remember reading, some time ago, about looking your best no matter how you feel.  For example, if you are a female you should still put makeup on and do your hair even though you are not feeling well - we don't have to look the way we feel :-).  No more complaining, put a smile on your face and keep moving. You will be NOTICED in NO time.  What are some things you like to do, to cheer yourself up?   

Daily Tip:  Compliment yourself.  Look in the mirror every morning and remind yourself WHY your great!

  2. Our mind is a powerful tool. Confidence is about knowing you have the power to do something. According to, confidence is belief in oneself and one's powers or abilities; self-confidence; self-reliance; assurance. First believe you can do it, and your body will follow. Confidence to me is believing in yourself and your abilities. I am extremely confident I have the power to achieve my fitness goals and motivate others to do the same.
