Weekly Quote

While we haven't discussed exercise and motivation in detail. I will be posting a weekly quote to keep you moving and truly inspired. 

With Memorial Day upon us, and remembering those who served our country, I would like to honor JFK by listing his quote:

With that being said our main goal is to think "healthy" this will enable you to be healthy in all aspects of life.

  2. The healthy choice. As we get older and more busy, its tough to maintain good eating habits but what we (adults) must do is to consume healthy snacks, try to bag our lunch, do not over eat and walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Healthy body, healthy mind.

    This weekend is a "holiday" weekend therefore you may be tempted to cheat. Remember chose healthy food. Grilled chicken, turkey burgers, grilled veggies..be creative. Today I will be discussing how to eat healthy at a BBQ. Stay tuned!
