Got Fat? Get Moving!

The sunrise says it all this morning.  Happy to have gotten good sleep and wake-up to this awesome sunrise.  Today I was going to merely share a quote collage I have been working on but after seeing this beautiful sunrise, I knew I had to share more :).  Its a perfect day to exercise outdoors, take a long nature walk, just enjoy mother nature while she is being good to us.  I just may take my children later for a long walk at a local mountain park/reservation today to enjoy the beautiful breeze and weather. This weather makes me happy and inspired. What makes you happy? 

During my usual brainstorming/research session this am, I came across an exercise ad that mentioned a workout called 'the Bar Method'. The Bar Method is the actual name of the school and their exercise method. There are several locations scattered throughout US and their headquarters is located in sunny California.  I got a great response from the interview that I conducted with J. Peele, BeachBody Consultant so my goal is to try to conduct an interview at least once a week incorporating various exercises, as exercise keeps us moving.  One of my biggest motivators is finding an exercise that you truly love and want to do, you will keep coming back for more, become addicted in a way.  I have sent 'The Bar Method' an email and I am keeping my fingers crossed for an interview.

This brings me to my question ~ What is 'the Bar Method'?  From what I can gather it is a body sculpting technique that targets specific areas of the body such as your arms, butt, stomach. I believe that they may use a ballet bar for some of their exercises.   Really looks fun and interesting. 

Attention: 'The Bar Method' please let me interview you :).   Or, is there a reader/follower out there that knows the basic and or history of this exercise!  I want a 'Bar Butt' (-: !!!
