Hello, welcome to Wednesday.  Hope all is well, and no-one had Fast Food this past week (survey results are presented at the bottom).  I feel great.  I was able to exercise last evening. So, why, am I discussing chocolate?  Halloween is just around the corner and chocolate is so tempting, its my guilty pleasure, or maybe it really doesn't have to be. 

I was doing some research earlier and came across a perfect idea for this weeks survey.  I cannot reveal the source because the survey will not be fun.  A well-known magazine was discussing which chocolate bar one should pick over another. While chocolate bars are packed with calories and fat, some are actually better for you than others.
