Have you Been Naughty or Nice? Happy Wednesday! I was watching the show 'The Chew' (a food show on channel seven, ABC) this afternoon and today's theme was ~ have you been naughty or nice? So I am very curious have you been naughty or nice. I feel better when I confess to what I have eaten or if I haven't done so well with exercise. At times, I have been very nice throughout the year but I have also been very naughty ~ I have many food weaknesses and would love to work on them through the upcoming year. I have had a horrible exercise routine over the past six to eight weeks. I have exercised but not as I should. I can do way BETTER! I am human and I have no problem admitting my faults. Let's open the conversation and admit to whether we have been naughty or nice/maybe both? It can be food related, exercise related or even "life" related! Let's hear it! Remember you can post 'anonymously'. Let's have a little fun. Do you deserve "coal" in your stocking?!? Remember, coal turns into diamonds xo. |
I've been a little naughty! Last week I ate chocolate chip mint ice cream 3 times, with full fat! I also didn't workout at all! I seem to be back on track this week and have had 2 workouts so far. I hope to acheive atleast 2 more and stay away from the ice cream =)! So far so good...

ReplyDeleteBeing naughty is okay :), especially with ice-cream! A better choice for ice-cream (which you can have more than once a week) is Weight Watchers chocolate chip mint and Skinny Cow ice-cream. Both very yummy and you won't have to feel so guilty.

I normally eat Weigh Watchers giant fudge bars, just had a bad week lol...
