Healthy Choices:Quick Dinner Idea

Generally, I am on the go with no time for gourmet meals, although I try once in awhile, I am actually craving a pot roast (re-focus). Yesterday, I decided to make homemade chicken wraps. See picture above. They were so simple to make and very very yummy. I will have to do further research on the tortillas that I used to be sure that it is in some way healthy if at all possible.
Here is what you will need:
1/2 cup or 1 cup of grilled chicken breast
Dressing - Homemade Oil and Vinegar is the best choice.
Making a wrap is simple, therefore, I am not going to list the details. You may put as many veggies and chicken on the tortilla. Make sure the chicken, however is grilled chicken, not fried.... You are also able to use any dressing - in moderation. Check the labels. Most often, people do not realize that they must always pay attention to the labels for an accurate look at what you are "serving" yourself. I, personally, put two tablespoons of dressing - perfect and more than enough. You can eat as much salad as you desire but if you pour the wrong amount of dressing, you may as well have visited a fast-food place. Make healthy choices always.
Never give up...everyone has bad days but we also have the ability to turn things around...perception, motivation, and belief. Keep moving forward.
