Sunday could and should be YOUR day!
As I mentioned on Friday, I am on an extensive writing spree. I love to write. Today I am feeling extremely motivated and could only hope my motivation is passed on to you.
Many say that "Sunday" is their rest day, I think not! Please do me a favor and change your thinking just for this day. Think of Sunday as a fresh start to a new week. Wake yourself up with a nice shower, a healthy breakfast and head to the gym or maybe even for a walk or jog. Do some sort of activity. I promise you will be happy that you did.
Start slowly, no one is asking you to run a marathon. As you continue to do this exercise activity you will become stronger and it will become routine. No matter how much you don't want to try....push and follow through. To make this easier find an activity that fits YOU. Doing something you enjoy, of course, makes it so much easier. I hate being repetitive, but it is true. I've dragged myself out of the house so many times just based upon the feeling I get after my routine and the results I see. My waist measurement and clothes size have shrunk while my back is wider and more muscular and toned in a good way.
Sitting and making excuses will immediately stop progress in its tracks or progress will never begin.
What are you waiting for? Get off your butt! Let's do this! Make an effort and push forward!
