Let's have some FUN.  In the past, I have held successful surveys so now I would like to twist this concept slightly and discuss the issues!  I would like to try this new concept at least once per week.  Please join in!  It cannot be a discussion without people.  I am open to discussing anything so if you have a topic please email me at danaarev@gmail.com.

Question of the week:  This week's question is related to weight loss.  Is rapid weight loss considered "healthy" as opposed to slow weight loss?  For example, when you begin a path to"healthy eating" is it better to lose weight slowly or rapidly?

  1. This will cost between $3 and $5. Not a huge investment for something so precious as your health and self-esteem. Not everyone suffers low self-esteem from being overweight. Thanks a lot.

  2. If you are already at a fairly healthy weight, but simply want to tone, make sure that your exercise plan can accomplish this. It would not make sense to do a full-body workout two hours a day, when only thirty minutes a day of toning exercises would suffice. Thanks.-
