I have had a horrible week training wise. I started the week off by feeling under the weather and that BLAH feeling took over the rest of week. Why? Because I let it take over. Understandingly, I was sick on Monday but there was no reason for me not to jump right back into training. I didn't, I failed myself. But with that said, I am openly admitting my faults. No more BLAH days this week. Will I have them in the future? YES, but I will handle them, I will try and make the BLAH feeling go away. How?
