Networking with others seems to be the way of the world today.  It has been recommended by employment experts and many are connecting for diverse reasons through social networking.  In fact, a couple of weeks ago I was watching a news program where one employment expert mentioned "networking" with other professionals should take precedence over online employment applications.  I believe it.  I have met some wonderful people through social networking in the blogging and writing world.  They include Jennifer Peele whom writes for me once per week and has a successful and fun fitness blog - Fitness2Love.  Melina Druga a professional author who has offered wonderful advice and support.  Melina manages a public opinion ezine with fun and interesting topics P.O.V. .  And, Rachel Pisano a freelance writer and blogger who gives great beauty advice and tips Two Boys & A Lady.  Ladies keep up the amazing work!  I suggest everyone visit these blogs and take a look around you will not be disappointed. 

One of my main goals, is to continue to network with others.  I have also hosted many interviews and allowed some guest blogging that was relevant to health, fitness, and motivation.  Let's work together and get our message out there.  Help me create a place where one can go to for extra support and motivation.  It means the world to me when my message is appreciated and followed.  Let's share ideas and business.  Brand yourself!

    Great step and I am sure it will lead us to healthy and active lifestyle! We must do exercise regularly and have balanced diet plans to stay active and to lead healthy life. Regular exercise prevents from major disease like depression, heart problems, certain types of cancer and diabetes.
