Healthy Choices See them all on Instagram

Blogging from my iPhone :). I don't usually like to blog this way as I am typing with one finger but I wanted to share a quick post with you today.

We have expressed that healthy eating was important in the past and I just wanted to re-emphasize it's importance. It is so important that I have been photographing my food on Instagram. It keeps me motivated and others as well.

This morning I made egg whites with turkey breast. First I broke the turkey breast into tiny pieces and sautéed them in the pan. I use fat free cooking spray to avoid the food sticking to the pan. Then I added 3 egg whites and scrambled them. I must say it was delicious. As a side, I also toasted a wholegrain English muffin. Natural peanut butter is the best topping. I put a small amount of grape jelly on the English muffin.

Choose different fruits and vegetables to serve so that you do not get tired of the same thing. I have been eating watermelon, grapes, cherries, bananas, apples, peaches and strawberries. All yummy!

  1. Telling the truth I think sometimes that I would eat only fruits, I don't want anything else, or my mind regect it... Is it ok?

    Thank you for your question. Fruits are excellent snacks. I would recommend a more balanced meal. I am however, not a nutritionist. I would discuss your diet with a nutritionist or your doctor. I follow a diet rich in fruits, veggies, and lean meats (turkey, chicken). My snacks are protein packed and nutritious. Hope this helps.
