Skinny For Thanksgiving Challenge



July, August, September, October, November, December!!!

Thanksgiving and Christmas is sooner then you think!!! Especially if you want to reach your fitness goals before the holidays!

When was the last time you went to a family dinner feeling good about yourself?? When was the last time you flaunt your sexy body to your annoying cousin who had everything? ( do not lie! We all have a one family member we compete with) Or maybe you are that annoying cousin who has everything and needs a challenge?

As I said before, thanksgiving dinner is only 5 months away. You may think 5 months is a long time... But it is not if you are trying to


lose weight. Why ? Well....because healthy weight loss that stays away, takes weeks to achieve.

 If you were to follow a healthy eating plan and fitness program with out any moments of weakness, then an avarage person would lose up to 2 pounds a week.  Let's say you wanted to lose 30 pounds ...it would take you 15 weeks / 4 months for you to reach your goal weight! Which leaves you with an extra month before thanksgiving dinner. 

But let's be realistic here. Could you follow a strict eating and fitness plan without cheating? I know I couldn't!!! I took me 7 months to lose 20 pounds and that's because I did the best I could as a busy mother. Each day was different, some days I was strict, some days not so much. Either way I lost my baby weight. I'm glad to say, I have been able to keep it off too.

If you were to change your eating habits and follow a fitness program...realistically... You would lose one -two pounds a week. If your weight loss goal was 30 pounds,,,, well,,, you would reach your fitness goals before thanksgiving!!
