From time to time I throw in a weekend entry.  Happy weekend!!  Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. 

Special Thanks to "All" 365 has reached 25,000 hits.  It took awhile to build the site and I thank each and every one of you for contributing to this wonderful experience - readers, followers, guest bloggers, sponsors, etc. 

For those who do not know, "I love writing"!  It is probably 
blatantly obvious as this is a blog.  I must however, slow down on this site.  I am still planning out some things and promise to keep everyone updated.  I have some decisions to make.  In the meantime I need help as I do not want the site to be non-existent!  I need writers who either want to eventually take this blog over help. Become a weekly contributing author or write some "health and fitness" related articles. I have pre-written scheduled posts that will be visible over the next couple of weeks. 

I will continue to write and schedule two to three posts per week here as I cannot leave all of my motivated friends in the dust.  This should continue throughout the end of the year.   We will continue have "motivational Monday", one post that is fitness or health related and Friday with Jennifer Peele.
