Out of coincidence after I decided to write this entry, I opened my refrigerator and decided to have a slice of watermelon. Last evening my family and I had it as an after dinner snack. It was placed on the top shelf and it froze! I am current really enjoying some frozen watermelon. Try it! Nice and healthy!
Now let's talk desserts that are bad for you....hey they don't have to be! How would you like to eat your favorite high calorie dessert and feel much less guilt? Me...me! Well, we can once again thanks to Recipe 4 Living!!
I love them!!! They have provided "copy cat" desserts. Erases some guilt. My favorite one that they help one make is McDonald's Shamrock Shake!! While McDonald's carries that as a seasonal delight, now you can make them all year around...with less calories!!
Some other ones include...Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls, Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies, Applebee's Chocolate Sin Cake...plus more!! See for yourself...
