It's Monday again! Those of you who dislike Monday (probably everyone), listen up! Approach Monday as an opportunity for a new beginning, a fresh start. Get rid of anticipation! Think about it, if you hold preconceived notions about how every Monday is going to be, you will most likely attract negativity to your day.

The following picture was taken on a Saturday morning in early August. My son noticed the beautiful sight and said, "Hurry, Mommy we can watch the sunrise together." That statement made my day. Think of a special memory that makes you smile and smile all day today,on this beautiful Monday!
