Thursday Spotlight: I Put the Fork Down

This week's spotlight falls upon a blog titled, "I Put the Fork Down".  I found the site a couple of months ago on Twitter and then again on Instagram.  It is truly an inspirational and motivational site.  What caught my attention, is the site allows individuals to share their personal weight loss stories.  What a great way to allow people to shine and be proud of their fitness accomplishments.  I also love the catchy name as one must literally "put the fork down" to be successful on their fitness journey.  Always remember, healthy eating is necessary for success.  Exercise should only be part of your fitness focus. 

Let's learn a little more.  The site was launched in June of this year.  It seems that the owners (whom I am on a mission to find out exactly who they are) of this site share their own weight loss struggles and journey.  They also want the readers to feel as if they are part of a community.  I Put the Fork Down wants individuals to support each other and share their fitness ideas and success.
