Thursday's Pick: Let's Discuss Alcohol

If you are a social drinker but have stopped due to your diet, you will appreciate this entry. Eating and drinking healthy are extremely important. Being on a healthy eating kick for the past several weeks, if I go to a social function or restaurant, I either only have one drink, a glass of wine, or choose water. I have often wondered what alcohol beverage to choose because alcohol is not good for your overall health and contains a lot of sugar and tons of calories.
In a future post, I will discuss the calories and sugar content of some mixers and liquor.
