Happy Friday! I am honestly not sure if I like Friday better than Monday. Please don't misunderstand me, I appreciate every single day. Friday is the end of the week, the day everyone cannot wait to end so that they may begin to relax and unwind. They look forward to their weekend plans. However, Monday is a new day, a time to take to look at the world, a fresh start; a new beginning.
Unfortunately, Jennifer Peele, who has been graciously helping me over the past year, will no longer be able to submit a Friday article. While I am sad to see her go, I am happy that she was a part of 365 Days of Health & Fitness. She brought many great topics and discussion to the table.
I have Friday's open and I am looking for people who are passionate about fitness and health. The writer could submit at least one article per week, if not bi-weekly. More articles are welcome at your discretion. Posts should consist of popular fitness and nutrition ideas, motivational thoughts and stories, and overall motivation and inspiration.
