Good Morning, as I yawn and stretch.  Welcome Monday. 
Always be thankful for who you are, your accomplishments, and gracious people.  Do good deeds without having to be asked.

One of my favorite prime time shows that airs on ABC is Secret Millionaire.  Those who are unfamiliar with the television program are probably puzzled, I'll explain.  It is a show where millionaires volunteer at different charities for a full week solely as volunteers, hiding their identity.  On the last day of volunteering, the millionaire donates money to the  diverse charities based upon the charities purpose and needs. I enjoy the emotions and gratitude that is expressed between the charity and the millionaire; true humanitarianism. 

Today I want everyone to take a minute to remind someone in your life that you are thankful for them.  It could be your children, parents, wife, husband, friend, relative, teacher, mentor...anyone.  Often times we take people for granted and forget how thankful we are to have them as a part of our lives.

  1. its really great plan about health while its good for us. i am totally agree with you and i am doing walk and jogging daily while i have reduce my weight. Abacavir
