Hello friends.  Hope everyone is well.  This Thursday's pick is dedicated to alcoholic beverages, the thing that we love to hate.  I previously discussed alcohol and calories before, however, not in much depth.  Alcohol is bad for your health in general in more ways then one.  I recommend solely drinking for social purposes and always in moderation.  

We all have special occasions to attend and most of the time we have no idea what we can or cannot drink due to the calories and sugar content contained in alcoholic beverages.  Well, I just made it easier by discovering the man who designed this chart.  He put much time, research and effort into his mission - "Get Drunk - Not FAT!"  

Please enjoy this lengthy infographic that helps individuals watch their caloric intake and contains a variety of beverages!  In the near future I will have another infographic on this wonderful topic!  

Always drink responsibly, drinking and driving is never worth it, ever!!
