Walking has so many benefits.  This week we have been focusing on reminiscing.  I am taking a step back to a couple of years ago and how I started my fitness journey - by walking!   Well, it is time to start walking again!  It is the perfect way to get in great exercise while clearing your mind.  To kick-start some walking ideas, I found this excellent information that I wanted to share.

If a retired couple can walk over 1,000 miles...there is no excuse for anyone not to incorporate walking into their lives.  Great piece!
