Hello, welcome, good day!  I hope everyone has enjoyed their long holiday weekend. 
What comes to your mind when you think of choices?  I often perform a little exercise to open my mind.  It is a free-writing exercise where you are given a "word" and 60 seconds to write what pops in your head without over thinking. 
Here goes:  Choices are decisions and perhaps at times feelings.  Ultimately choices help us become who we are and what we believe in.  That is how choices are linked to decisions.  Are you sad?  Chose to be happy.  Are you happy?  Grasp it and spread the happiness. ~ Dana
Focus on what makes "YOU" happy.  Do not try and please others to jeopardize your happiness.  As the picture chosen for today's post 2 things:  If it makes you happy do it; If it doesn't don't do it!! 
Remember...always chose wisely and that YOU control  your own choices
