Hello everyone!  I am all well to familiar with...procrastination and waiting until the last minute to get things completed.  Boo... When it comes to writing, however, and other important things, I am generally ahead of schedule.  

Pushing procrastination to the side is a must.  However, we will talk more about procrastination in an upcoming post.  In the meantime, we can start by changing our diet and attempt to increase productivity through healthy eating.  

Did you know that productivity and nutrition are related?  Eating bad overtime can lead to several diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity,early death). Eating the wrong foods could also make one tired. Exercise and eating healthy are vital keys to a longer life, less disease.
