Good Day!  Since I will not be blogging as often as I would like due to projects, I did not want to leave anyone lost.  I wanted to leave you with alternate sites which are superb and will surely help you reach your goals whatever they may be.  

I will do this from time to time throughout the end 2013.  

Suggestion 1:  Exercise Prescription Visit this site, it is amazing.  It provides readers with references for all health, nutrition, and fitness related activities.  If you are just getting started or need an extra boost this is the site for you. Find new exercise routines or be inspired. It covers all basis; I do not believe it is missing anything.  

Suggestion 2:  Living Out Louder  Meet Dave Vargas.  He runs an extremely motivational site with visual appeal.  Tune in on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when Living Out Louder provides work out from home cardio-blasting routines.  This type of exercise is priceless, I have personally done this sort of exercise in kickboxing class...they blast a lot of fat and are good for toning.  

I sure hope you follow both sites!
