Today, let's take a break from being serious and focused.  We all find fun and exciting things easier and simple.  For example, if we approach exercise as something that is hard, nine times out of ten it will be hard.  If we approach exercise or clean eating as enjoyable...it will BE! We can carry over the FUN approach and make exercise and eating more successful.  What are some things that you do that make your fitness or health routine FUN?  

In previous posts, I have mentioned that I truly love studying information visually through infographics. Let's review some random health facts.  Little things add up to big things.  For example, if we replace one sugary drink per day you can eliminate thousands of calories per week.  Enjoy the following fun facts in the infographic below and please share any that are not covered here.
