Endurance

It is Monday, so what? Always remember it is how you perceive and consider things.  If you approach Monday as a negative...most likely your day will be just that.  Change your thought process and embrace the day.  Monday can be the new Friday.  Now onto endurance.

Push...keep going...stamina...sustain...limitless.  These are some of the thoughts that come to mind when I think of the word endurance.  Not everyone has the same endurance, however, one is capable of improving their endurance to become limitless.  Always remember...enhanced endurance comes with consistent practice.  Who cannot forget Field of Dreams and the saying, "If you build it, they will come".  The same goes for endurance "If you are consistent, your endurance will improve and you will become stronger". 

Never limit yourself when it comes to an exercise or fitness routine.  Endurance is an important part of fitness.  Endurance is ones ability to withstand conditions.  When your endurance is high, you can achieve more you are able to keep going.  One way to enhance endurance is to keep pushing yourself.  Add to your workout gradually don't stop.  

What do you do to enhance your endurance?  I found the following video that has some helpful hints on increasing endurance for running.  I believe the concept can be applied to any exercise or fitness routine.
