"If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude." ~ Maya Angelou

Patience is a word that I need to learn to use and an action that I must practice. Things do not happen overnight and impatience hampers progress. We hear - everything should be done in moderation...break large goals into small achievable ones...reward yourself...the list goes on. What happens in actuality we get psyched up and set ourselves up for failure. Everything begins to become overwhelming, we reward ourselves with the wrong things, we become frustrated, we crave the wrong foods, we start to give up... STOP! Let's STOP, being so hard on ourselves, as Dino Brunetti spoke about in his post One for the Ladies.
Sometimes we lack support, motivation, or inspiration. I say, let's do this together. 365 Days of Health and Fitness is here to support all of your fitness goals. We are here to motivate you, inspire you, to push you. We all need that extra push from time to time. Stop in and read daily.
We are going to tackle this in steps, slowly and patiently and most importantly together.
I've been saving the following article for too long. It is titled 52 Little Changes equal Big Weight Loss Results. I like it's format, as one can begin to apply the changes little my little, week by week (52 weeks in a year).
Always remember small changes = big results...consistent ones - Have patience.
Have a "Motivational" Monday!
