Hello, good day, maybe bad day, or worst day? Whatever type of day you are having and no matter how you are feeling (even though you may be saying shut-up to me right now) there is a purpose.
With that, I am taking a well needed blogging break. If you know me, you know I hate disappointment and disappointing people. But, I hope I am not disappointing anyone. Dive into the archives of 365 Days of Health and Fitness we have run posts for almost two full years. We have many helpful posts. Also know we aren't leaving. We are resting, regrouping, re-energizing. We will be focusing on a book we have been trying to put together and make available for June 1.
We will still be running guest posts on Tuesday's and our Fierce Friday's. So I ask that you continue to stick by us...it is only going to get better! This Wednesday I will run some fun posts from the archives that I know you will find motivational and helpful.
