Why?? Exercise!?!

Why? Exercise...?  Because exercise and fitness have a wealth of benefits; not only do they make one fit, they lead to happiness.   If exercise makes individuals happy...let's be HAPPY everyday. 
 
 
Start slow. Many (including me) make excuses not to exercise.  Let's make "excuses" to exercise.  We find the time to watch our favorite television programs, therefore, we can find the time to add exercise and happiness into our lives. 

Just today, I made the effort and an excuse to exercise.  I always feel better physically afterwards.  Believe it or not exercise does not make one tired...it actually boosts a persons energy level.  My suggestion is, before you make an excuse "not to" exercise, get up 20 to 30 minutes early and walk.  You will be much happier and you will be finished with exercise early on in the day.  This will give you less of an excuse to skip exercise later on.   The longer one waits the less of a chance the task will be completed.
