Planning to Diminish Belly FAT

One common concern for many is maintaining a stomach that has little to no "belly-fat". From personal experience, the two things that help people ward off belly fat are walking and eating clean!
I am currently trying to lose belly fat and during my search for data, I found the following site that I felt was very motivating and helpful - The Belly Fat Blog. If you have a free minute, you should definitely visit. One bonus of The Belly Fat Blog - it is a highly organized with many sections relevant to its main topic. My favorite section is the Infographics section.
I struggle daily and make all sorts of excuses not to exercise. Today I am happy to report that I dragged myself out of the door and completed a nice leisurely walk. Nothing feels better than being outside. I left the house early before the weather gave me another excuse not to exercise. Not many people can say that they have finished their exercise before 8 AM. It feels great and I plan to do the same at least five days out of seven.
I am confident that this is a great start not only to the day but to a new exercise regimen.
