Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit us.  While February is almost at a close, we have to ask where did the time go?  If you've noticed 365 Days of Health and Fitness has been supported by guest authors for some time.  One person that has been a special blessing and who we are truly grateful for is Evlin Symon our featured contributor.  To date, Evlin has submitted over 13 wonderful articles.  From the moment she submitted her first guest post, we knew Evlin was truly passionate about her writing.  She is highly knowledgeable about health and beauty. Evlin also presents interesting well researched topics.  So, without hesitation we asked her to be a featured contributor and she graciously accepted!  

It is also an excellent time to announce we are almost at our 500th post! This particular post is #487.  365 graciously thanks each and every reader, even if they only visited once.  When we reach 500 we will continue on our way to delivering 500 more! 

On a special note, always tell the people in your lives whether it be your co-worker, your significant other, your child, or your gym buddy that you are thankful for them.  Time passes by quickly and it solely takes 30 seconds for you to express gratitude.  It can change someone's bad day into a good one.  Someone's frown into a smile.
