When it comes to exercise, we can be pretty imaginative with our excuses. The thing with exercise is, one you get used to it, it’s really enjoyable. Making time

If you asked a group of people why they don’t exercise more, most would say that they don’t have time. The reality is that some days, life is incredibly hectic, and before you know it, it’s time to go to bed, and you haven’t done a workout. However, most days, it is possible to squeeze in exercise of some sort. Try and get up half an hour earlier and go for a jog before work. Do a DVD workout when you get back from the office. Take the baby out for a long walk, or investigate stroller workout classes. Make the most of the time you have available. If you don’t have hours to spend in the gym, sign up for high-intensity interval training. This way, you’ll get a rigorous workout without sacrificing a whole afternoon.



Falling in love with exercise
Many people assume that exercise is boring and hard work. The truth is that if you’re doing it right, exercise should be tough. However, it certainly shouldn’t be dull. When you think of working out, you may automatically conjure up images of a sweaty, stifling gym. But you don’t have to go to the gym to get in shape. You can play all kinds of sports, and try different activities. Go power walking or join a running club. Research local sports teams or learn to do street dance. Find out about classes for new moms, or invest in some equipment for a home gym. Take friends along, and do something you enjoy. If you’re not a seasoned gym-goer taking the first step can be nerve wracking. However, it is possible to build your confidence. This will make that first session much less daunting. Book an induction or some personal training sessions. Make changes that will benefit your overall health.
