Please note there is a minimum charge for posts. Wanted!  Contributing authors and fitness enthusiasts who are motivated and well-versed in fitness, health, inspiration, and or nutrition.  No writing experience necessary.  Must be able to impress and engage the audience.  Opportunity to collaborate on upcoming projects.  Gain exposure and brand yourself while writing about what you love! 

Topics and ideas are chosen by you! Please adhere to the following guidelines:  250 minimum words to 800 words maximum of original material, three links, identify your keywords, and short bio with additional links.  If you include pictures their original source must be indicated.  All articles will be reviewed prior to posting for proper formatting (spacing, grammar, font, link connection).  Articles that are too difficult to reformat, will not be accepted.  Please do not forget to indicate your key words.
