Hello.  Hope everyone is doing well and have enjoyed their weekend. 

Let's talk a little bit about goals.  Without goals one doesn't have a purpose.  Making goals are vital to be successful in anything that you do. This notion can be carried over into everyday living as well. Over the next couple of weeks I will develop a mission for 365 days of health and fitness.

The new site thus far has been more geared toward fitness and healthy eating.  One goal that I have is to obtain additional followers and a lot more interaction.  We have had a significant amount of visits our first year.  I want more visits and more participation. I want to know what you would like to discuss.  What's important to you.  When I switched site names I lost page rank as well.  I am trying  to build the site back up.  I am all for networking with others - let's create back links!  I am learning more each day about creating a great site with great content for you. 

I would also like to help you with your fitness goals.  Please share them with me.
