allergies, it is very comfortable and breathable. The purpose of these materials
is to allow your skin to breathe and to absorb sweat, thus maintaining your body
dry and cool. Avoid wearing cotton though, as this fabric is known for its
water-retention properties and it is very uncomfortable in cold weather.
Dress According To Season
Another aspect you
must keep in mind when you go shopping for sports apparel is the season, since
different seasons require different clothing and accessories. For example, when
you jog during spring and summer you should buy knee-high compression socks that
support blood circulation, sunglasses that are shatterproof and scratch
resistant, or special sports bra with adjustable, comfortable straps.
Choose The Right Running Tight
Running tights
are absolutely indispensable during the cold season, as they keep your body warm
and dry - they are certainly a great choice if you plan to run for a couple of
hours straight. You can opt for running pants that are tight on your legs, or
you can choose wide-leg tights, boot-cut tights and such. No matter if you
choose running pants or you opt for shorts, make sure there is no excess fabric
as that can bunch up and can cause irritation due to friction.
