Do you know the one thing that you and your home have in common: You both struggle to keep your energy consumption at acceptable levels. In a nutshell, an exercise program enhances your blood flow and help to carry oxygen and nutrients to your muscles, which improve their ability to produce adenosine triphosphate, aka the chemical name for energy. In other words, while you may not need to sign up for every boot camp program, a regular and low-intensity workout can make you feel more energized and stronger in the long term.

Energy: The thirsty

When in a rush, a lot of people grab a coffee or an energy drink to feel more alert. In reality, these drinks can cause lasting damage to your body without improving your energy levels permanently. In high doses, caffeine and energy drinks containing guarana and taurine can harm your health, and unnecessarily increase your heart rate and blood pressure. In fact, in the long term, these drinks create an addictive behavior in the body so that you believe that you have to consume them to function. However, the consequences are negative: Lack of sleep, high blood pressure, loss of concentration, abnormal cravings, etc.
